Crisis text line serves anyone, in any type of crisis, providing access to free  24/7 support and information. Here's how it works :

A live, trained Crisis Counselor receives the text and responds quickly.

The volunteer Crisis Counselor will help you move from a hot moment to a cool moment.

 

 


 IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY:

If you have developed a plan to kill yourself or someone else or  have the intent to do harm, that's an immediate mental health emergency and you should go to a hospital emergency  room or call 911. 

 

 

Hospital ER have psychiatric staff members to help you if you're experiencing suicidal or homicidal thoughts. They can assess for crisis needs and provide referrals or assist with a psychiatric hospitalization if needed.

Experiencing depression, anxiety or other emotional stress and need services now before it develops into a crisis, if you are unable to schedule an appointment with your health insurance plan provider or if you do not have health insurance for mental health services, you may find help below
